UST’s History & Core Values

UST Testing Services, Inc. was established in 2003 as a General Contractor meeting the needs of the petro-chemical companies in Northern California. Our focus was on building an organization with proven procedures that would provide consistent projects finished safely, on time, and within budget. From new construction to service maintenance, UST is ready to work for you.

Safety
Safety is our top priority because lives depend on it. We passionately care about the safety of our people and behave as safety leaders. We are committed to preventing injuries and ill health to our people and those we work with so everyone returns home safely. We provide our people with the training, knowledge, and tools to work safely and prevent incidents. We are focused on assuring the safety of everything we construct, operate and maintain.
